Our Products 

Make an impression with friends and family with our delightful Cottage Gifts of natural Bird Bells and Seed Blocks proudly made by hand in New Zealand.  Our gifts are finely blended with only the freshest of grains sourced from local suppliers subject to seasonal availability and tied only with Eco-friendly soft twine for low impact on our precious environment.  Each image presented, is only a general guide of the delightfully rustic cottage gifts we offer.  As with all perishable items, we recommend store in a cool dry place and use within 7-14 days, we proudly present beautiful products that contain no added preservatives.

Our Prices

All our cottage gift prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include our Gift Boxes or trimmings as specified in each description of our Collections. 
All our courier services are in New Zealand Dollars.

Payment Options

We accept payment online by direct credit to our Business Account.  Payment is accepted and processed through the Secure ASB Bank Banking Gateway.
Upon successful completion of your transaction, a receipt and confirmation of your order will be sent directly to you by email detailing: 
Order Summary, Shipment and Delivery Details.

Delivery

Little Secrets are pleased to offer Delivery -  Auckland Wide and throughout New Zealand.  All our Cottage Gifts are carefully packed to ensure your gifts arrive looking beautiful and fresh and are delivered direct to you with our entrusted courier specialists.
Please note - Deliveries outside of New Zealand are not currently available and are subject to Bio-Security regulations.
      

Delivery Options

  
Auckland Wide & CBD area   excludes Rural         Orders must be placed by 10:30am, we will then process and deliver your order within  2-3 working days  
 
North Island    excludes Rural                                  Orders must be placed by 10:30am, we will then process and deliver your order within  2-3 working days  
 
South Island    excludes Rural                                  Orders must be placed by 10:30am, we will then process and deliver your order within  2-3 working days  
 
 
 

Rural Deliveries 

Should you require a Rural Delivery please contact us through our online contacts form located on the lower section of our Home page.   We are happy to contact and assist you to offer you the appropriate options and charges for this service before placing your order.

Orders

All Orders received after 10:30am will be sent out on the following business day unless requested on a future date. 
 
  • Orders received on Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
  • Orders received on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next working business day.
  • Deliveries for Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays are currently not available.
  • Please note we cannot guarantee a specific time of day when the delivery will be made.
  • All Courier Satchels are Signature Required.  
  • Business Day - refers to Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays and Weekends.

 

Multiple Gift Box Orders

Where consignments consist of multiple Gift Box orders of 3 or more medium-sized gift boxes the consignment will be placed in one large weatherproof satchel for carriage under one Express Satchel charge that applies to the selected region for delivery to one address given by the customer.  This will include a small additional charge applicable to the size of the Express courier satchel.
 

Signature Required Parcels

All our Express Satchels are Signature Required.
 

Non Delivery / Calling Card

In the event that no one is home to receive the consignment, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to arrange for either re-delivery or personal collection from the couriers nearest depot.   Please note:  If the item is not collected within 5 working days from the courier depot, the consignment will be returned to the senders business address.

 

Special Seasons

Valentines Day,  Easter,  Mothers Day,  Fathers Day,  Christmas, New Year Celebrations
During the festive season, courier services are extremely busy.  To ensure you receive your beautiful gifts in time for your special occasion, we recommend placing all orders with us 2-3 days prior to the desired date. Although we will endeavour to have your order delivered on your desired date, we cannot guarantee a specific time of day when the delivery will be made during these seasons.

 

Delivery Address Details

To ensure your Gift Box is delivered correctly, please ensure you provide full details of:  Recipients Name, Full Street Address (including building name or Apartment/Suite Number and floor level - if the delivery is going to a building/business address).  Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box Address and can take no responsibility where an address has been incorrectly given or if the address has no access.  If we are unable to locate the correct address or gain access to the property, the order will be returned to Little Secrets for re-delivery.  Our courier will leave a calling card in the letter box with a note of time delivery was attempted.  A re-delivery charge may apply.  In the case of an incorrect address, we advise that we are unable to accept liability where a wrong delivery address is given due to customer error.

 

Tracking and Tracing your Order

If you wish to check the progess of a consignment or to find out if the consignment has been delivered, you can do so by clicking on the Quick Link - Post Haste Track and Trace Link and entering your ticket details. These details are emailed to you once your order has been processed and despatched.

Caring for your gift 

  • To ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition, we have carefully packaged the items for delivery to you in a weatherproof satchel.
  • Your order should be opened on arrival to you and your Little Secrets gift removed.
  • Store your Gift Box & Bird Bell in a Cool Dry Place until opened.
  • For freshness we recommend use between 7 - 14 days, this product contains no added preservatives.
